Privacy, in plain language.

The project planner is currently a local planning tool. It does not submit requests to Wayne.

Service selection

The land-services and lawn-care selection appears when you begin a visit. After you choose or close it, this tab remembers that dismissal for the session. It stores no personal or project details.

Project details

Names, locations, notes, and map outlines you enter stay in your current browser tab. We do not save them to local storage or send them to a quote service. Closing or refreshing the page clears the planner. If you download a brief, that copy is saved on your device; you control whether to share it.

Maps and external services

The optional map loads only when you open it. It uses Leaflet, Leaflet Draw, and Turf libraries delivered by unpkg and jsDelivr, and satellite imagery delivered by Esri. Those services receive ordinary web-request information such as your IP address. Esri also receives requests for the map tiles you view. Your typed property address and notes are not sent to an address-search service.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes web requests to deliver it. The site does not install advertising trackers or use a project-planner account. Cloudflare may process technical request information under its own policies.

Photos and videos

File uploads are not enabled. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the planner. Service illustrations are used to explain the work and are not presented as completed customer projects.

Social links and sharing

Sharing tools use only the public page address and its title, not your planner information. Device sharing uses your device’s own options. Copy Link writes the public page address to your clipboard when you click it. Opening Facebook, WhatsApp, or a configured social profile takes you to that service, where its own privacy practices apply. Sharing buttons do not load social tracking pixels, embedded feeds, or third-party SDKs.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is not enabled until a business account is configured. If enabled later, it loads only after you allow optional analytics. Declining, or a supported browser privacy signal, keeps it off. Advertising features stay off. You can review or withdraw your choice through Analytics choices in the footer.

Optional measurement is limited to visits, service interest, business switching, planner starts and downloads, map opening, and clicks on sharing controls. Project names, property addresses, notes, pins, outlines, and brief contents are not sent to Analytics. Page URLs sent to Analytics omit query strings and fragments. Only campaign codes from supported utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign tags may be used, after opt-in.

If you make an analytics choice, a preference is saved on this device for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, optional campaign codes may be kept for this browser session, and Google Analytics may use its own cookies. These preferences do not store your project details.

When online requests open

This notice will be updated before quote delivery, file storage, or additional measurement tools are activated. A business contact method will be published with that launch.
